Minor We have created our own custom plugin that uses clearcase api provided by IBM, our jobs are getting stuck even though there is sufficient difference within polling of all jobs.

This is the error observed kindly help me understand this error and how to stop my jobs from getting stuck for days.
hudson-core version used -> 1.395
So, first: Hudson 1.395 was released almost 10 years and almost 500 releases ago. Nobody cares anymore.
Second, you're not, because the log message you're quoting, which is likely irrelevant for the problem you're experiencing, was only added in Jenkins 2.221.
Third, and most importantly, you're not explaining what's going on exactly, e.g. with thread dumps, and reference a custom plugin. That's a terrible way to start a bug report.
I recommend you ask for troubleshooting advice in chat or on the Jenkins users mailing list to get started, and only report a bug once it's clear there is a bug.
