Use credentials plugin for influxdb credentials

      Credentials should come from the credentials plugin. That way I don't have to put the password in plain text in the configuration-as-code.

          This is an important security issue. Currently the password is exposed directly in the config as well as whatever code (e.g. JCasC) is being used to deploy and configure Jenkins.
