Config File Provider UI hung because of Class.forName call on isMavenJob method

    Description

      We are seeing the UI pages of the plugin getting hung and the thread dump we've extracted suggests that they are all blocked at Class.forName 

      I've seen this call was removed and it's currently at master branch.

      The problem my go away just releasing a new version of the plugin.
