we are working in an offline environment. we deleted the update site url in the manage plugins section -> advanced (it contains an empty string now)

we get a lot of errors in the jenkins server log regarding problems with finding deprecated plugins, and accessing the update site in general.

since we know there is no way for our server to reach the internet (air gapped environment), is it possible add a way to disable all internet access on the server?
