As discussed in https://github.com/jenkinsci/support-core-plugin/pull/232 and reported by several troubleshooters (cc fbelzunc aheritier dariver), the current automatic generation collect information from ALL components. This might be overkill and could well cause the generation to take a long time or cause performance problems in large environment (lots of nodes, items, ...).

At the time the automatic bundle generation was added (initial commit), there was only about 10 components. We have now grown and got almost 40 components, left alone the plugin that extends support core and add some.

The strategy to collect information from ALL component every hour needs to be reviewed and adjusted.
