For administration and reporting purposes it would be great to track the usage of global shared libraries in jobs.  This will allow an administrator to know what features/functionality are used by various jobs on a Jenkins server.

https://github.com/jenkinsci/workflow-cps-global-lib-plugin/pull/102 implements this and exposes the data through the UI and API.
