Gerrit: Trigger a Job when a change "is:submittable"

      We would like to trigger jobs as soon as a Gerrit change is submittable.

      Definition of submittable would be the "is:submittable" in the Gerrit search.

      Our use-case is to run some extended verification job and submit the change by the job after a successful run.
