[JENKINS-64636] Conditional build step plugin fails to execute task with "java.lang.RuntimeException: Error creating extended parser class: null" error.

Hi all,

After updating Jenkins from 2.273, to most recent 2.275, several of my jobs failed to run with below exception.

"Exception caught evaluating condition: [java.lang.RuntimeException: Error creating extended parser class: null], action = [Fail the build]"

Apparently, it fails within "Conditional Build Step" plugin evaluation. I had to downgrade to 2.273.
