In https://www.jenkins.io/doc/pipeline/steps/warnings-ng/ the recordIssues documentation regarding "filters" is confusing (wrong?). It starts with "The results of the selected tool are published using a unique ID" and then it keep talking about the "ID". It seems to me that's documentation for a different field.

In general it's unclear what happens when you combine multiple filters, mainly whether it's and AND or OR. Without having tried, just by reading the docs, I suspect you can have multiple "excludeFile" elements to filter multiple files and multiple "excludeMessage" to exclude multiple messages. But I expect to be a clear need to "exclude messages X and Y only in file A", so I kind of expect it to be supported... but it's unclear how.
