Restore PluginManager available data in DOM

    • 2.279 and 2.277.1

    Description

      in JENKINS-64196, the available tab of the Plugin Manager lost its data in the DOM, where we could discover the plugins' id and version. This behaviour is available in the updates and installed tab, but was removed from the available.

      It would be great to have this again.
