Currently there is no parameter created by the plugin that contains the git tag and/or description when the job is triggered by a tag push (ref-updated).  It's available in GERRIT_REFNAME, but then we need to strip off the prefix to get just the tag name in our pipeline.

It would be great to just have these available in the job at runtime by default.
