This isn't actually related to the plugin at all. The plugin doesn't execute Robot Framework tests, only publishes results from Robot Framework.

However, as for troubleshooting:

• Does the test work locally with the exact same command?
• Does your node have access to all correct places (as in correct hardware, is firewall blocking, etc.)?
• Can you try to run python -m pabot.pabot instead of pabot?
