Cannot launch ec2 node with CHECK_NEW_HARD and connect by ssh process

When host key checking is set to CHECK_NEW_HARD, and connection is done via ssh process, the ssh connection cannot be established to the new instance. This is because the ssh process does not have the host key which jenkins verified through the console. To fix this, after jenkins verifies the console key, it should be passed to the ssh process.
