With this plugin enabled 'Manage Jenkins->Configure System->Save/Apply' fails.
Disable/uninstall this plugin and restart Jenkins all works.
daxgames I am impressed that the issue is resolved in 3.0.11. When I compare the files for version 3.0.11 with the files for version 3.0.7, I see no difference that would have resolved the issue. I actually see no code differences between those two versions at all.
Commands I used for the comparison:
$ git clone https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-codecommit-trigger-plugin.git $ cd aws-codecommit-trigger-plugin $ git diff b0005507ba464677fa3c758aefa3dd4abd9ac201..e144a0b0afbe6ae5cf96c96b6aa4d0c92df47a40
The output of that command only shows changes to pom.xml, release-ci.yml, and .gitignore.
The issue reported by me here is resolved by 3.0.11. I have not tried the plugin so do not know if other issues are created by this fix .

I now have a use case where a customer needs this plugin so this just became a blocker for my team.

I have the same problem when i install AWS Codecommit trigger plugin on jenkins.
Anybody knows about how to solve this problem? or any alternative to works with triggers in AWS CodeCommit and Jenkins?
