Unable to run Init Script and relaunch windows slave via ec2 plugin

      I am facing two issues here.

      1. When launching windows 2016 slave via EC2 plugin facing errors as attached in log. Unable to run  Init Script automatically on launch
      2. When the same slave goes offline after idle timeout , I am unable to relaunch it when i launch a job build using slave label expression
