There is a "Inherit from parent?" option when configuring a Jenkins job or a folder. Currently it is implemented in "all or nothing" manner which is not very flexible.
It would be better to change this to only inherit attribute values from parent if not defined (overridden) on the child level (job or folder). This would allow defining most of the attributes in Global Configuration and override just some of them on higher level (mostly Conjur Auth Credential which should be a Conjur identity for a Jenkins job / folder from a security point of view and not a Global one).
