Similar to JENKINS-63078 which did this for the github-branch-source plugin, we would like to disable rate limit checking completely since we are on a corporate github instance. Our GitHub team is pushing us very hard to have us disable rate limiting checks completely, but I don't see a way currently in the plugin to do this.
