I'm trying to add the plugin in pipeline (cli) and not from the GUI but I can't mange to this.

How can I add it from the pipeline, all the job has been wrote in pipeline so even I adding it manually it's removes because it's not in the pipeline jenkinsfile.

So how can I add it in pipeline? and if I cab where can I find guide for it?
