I followed the instruction to set up the Jenkins 2.320 and nodejs-plugin 1.4.1 but found there isn't any entry for node installation except a placeholder. Then I found the installation components have been set as 'display: none', but it's still not working.

[JENKINS-67144] Cannot set NodeJS in globaltool configuration

I'm not able to reproduce this bug. I had try with

          • docker pull jenkins/jenkins:2.320-jdk11
          • started it
          • on plugin selection I select none
          • looked for NodeJS only
          • logged in as admin
          • Manager Jenkins -> Global Tool Configuration

The button Add NodeJS was there

BUT when a click to that button nothing happens and NodeJS title/button disappear. The same issue for Maven tool. Only JDK tool works. I think something in Jenkins Core not compatible that breaks tool page

          Hi All,

I have the same issue. I tried to remove the plugin and reinstall but the outcome is the same. I have Jenkins 2.320.

          Regards,

          Greg

I have the same issue also with Maven plugin so I think it's a jenkins core issue.

For me updating to v2.321 solved the issue.
