Dear contributors and maintainers,

I was hoping that I am not overstepping by asking you to bump the release version of this plugin from 0.36 to 0.37. Namely since 0.36 has been released there has been a fix via PR ( https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-oauth-plugin/pull/143 ), which leads to sporadic failures of authentication in our Jenkins instance.

It would be great if there could be another release, since this is blocking us from using our Jenkins instance productively.
