Rebuild plugin should not store "not stored password parameter"

      I have a free style job with store non-stored password parameter.

      Expected results:
      The rebuild plugin should not keep passwords. When clicking on rebuild button, it should prompt for password once again.

       

      It is impacting as a blocker in production use case. Please treat it on high priority. 
      I am completely blocked from delivery perspective.
