Whenever a job that uses a non-stored password is triggered via another job, the passwords are not masked in the "parameters" screen. 

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new job with a Non-Stored Password param
• Create a second job that triggers the first job passing in pre-defined parameters
• Build second job
• check the parameters of the first job build, the value for the non-stored password is in clear text.
