Save and Apply does not work.

      After configuration in " Configure System " and trying to save it the localhost didn't give me any response. I tried several times to Save it and Apply it but still no response. 

      Plugins that I use are still from the beginning , from the first installation .

      The newest plugin is 

      Email Extension Template version 1.4
