If the EC2 plugin has created an ephemeral agent on an underlying AWS spot instance if the agent is reclaimed by AWS whilst the build is ongoing there is no entry in the build logs to say why this has occured.

Developers may not have access to AWS or Jenkins itself to see the agent logs to see the reason for the failure and attribute this to Jenkins instability.

Acceptance Criteria

If a build is using an AWS Spot instance that is terminated by AWS due to reclaiming of the underlying resource a developer with only access to the build log should be able to clearly identify this is the cause of the build termination.
