Allow selection of a specific python virtual environment during kernel configuration

      The current iPython Kernel configuration does not take into account the existence of alternate virtual environment. It would be very useful to define the virtual environment that hosts the launched IPython kernel. Something like this (auto-populated drop down preferred):
