when we have configured our build jobs with string parameters, I noticed that users can skip entering parameters so build jobs starts with null valued parameters.

If there is an option to not start to build without entering any value to parameter, it would be very helpful. For example, when we configured a parameter for branch name and user didn't enter any values, jenkins build all branches of that git project.
