[AWS Credentials plugin] Implementation of a cache

      The purpose of this ticket is to use a cache to temporarily save the credentials obtained from AWS in order to avoid having to connect to the specific cloud each time a credentials selector combo is opened.

      In some cases, if the AWS connection is disrupted, this data extraction from the cloud can cause slowness and instability in the instance until the process completes.
