Unexpectedly wide sidepanel between 970px and 1170px (regression in 2.340)

      See attached. The narrower window has a much wider sidepanel, and the main content area isn't entirely visible horizontally, at between 970px and 1170px wide window. This seems like a bug.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a static agent named "EC2 (aws-us-east-2) - Windows 2019 (i-07a5726efa5ee4e23)"
      2. Go to list of nodes at /computer
