Navigating to Manage Jenkins > Nodes > NODE_NAME > Monitoring and click on any of the monitoring tools and you will see a 404 error.

This issue was found to be working properly when tested on a controller of version 2.346 and after upgrading that controller to 2.375.1.1 the broken behavior was observed.

A minor workaround has been observed if you navigate to Manage Jenkins > Monitoring of Jenkins agents. This does not provide all of the data supplied by the Monitoring Plugin but it covers some of it.
