I installed Jenkins 2.375.1, and installed several suggested plugins. Then I create a freestyle project with parameters.

After all is done, you can click "Build with Parameters" to run the job. But you can find the fields are all in one column which is much different with previous. This is ugly and inconvenient when there are many parameters. Please see attached snapshot.

I don't know which component cause this problem. Could you please take a look?
