Swarm plugin incompatibility with the latest version

      The version of the swarm plugin is 3.39

      The latest swarm-agent.jar is downloaded from the "built-in-Node" to the swarm agent (jenkins-docker-slave-9142fc77)

      Node Versions reports that there is an issue with the remoting version.  The swarm agent (jenkins-docker-slave-9142fc77) connects but is incompatible.

      Note that we have a normal agent 'Jenkins-debian'slave' that was updated with the latest agent.jar and that has a compatible version.

      The issue has arisen as a result of upgrading to the latest version of Jenkins and Swarm Plugin.
