In the original build page, we have some HTML formatting as shown by the attached image called "build_page_formatting.png" We are using this plugin to create a URL with parameters that we click to verify before running. When we click on the URL, the HTML formatting is no longer reflected as shown in the attached image "param_build.png" We believe the formatting should stay the same since it is already defined in the Jenkins configuration and is static. 

We have already enabled safe HTML in the global security settings so it is able to process HTML otherwise apart from this plugin.
