Post-build Actions in Configuration disappear after template is empty and job is saved

      After saving the job with an empty template, the post-build actions disappear from the job settings.

      And the Save button also disappear.

      I would be happy if you could confirm.

      I attached the settings for when the problem is reproduced and the settings when it is not reproduced.
