Permalinks not getting updated intermittently

      Red Hat Linux, Jenkins 2.346.3

      Below Permalinks  not updated with correct build number intermittently although Last build number shows correct info. Observed that restart updates the info correctly. 

      1. Last Successful Build
      2. Last Stable Build
      3. Last Completed Build. 

      Let us if any know has similar issue and what was the solution. This is impacting as wrong build info is sent out intermittently.
