Despite selecting 'use IAM role' toggle the publisher plugin continue to act as if it is using an AWS access key.  This despite removing the profile configuration and re-adding several times.  Ended up downgrading the plug-in and it is now respecting the selection and using the appropriate IAM EC2 role selection.
