From "Manage Jenkins" -> (Uncategorized) "Jenkins Health"

This url is "https://<our splunk instance>/en-US/splunk_app_jenkins/jenkins_health?form.hostname=<our jenkins instance>

However, the endpoint "jenkins_health" does not exist and this generates a 404 Oops!

If I modify the URL to just be "health" it works as expected.

Our Splunk instance is running the latest jenkins app (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3332  2.0.4 )

This would seem to be a minor bug in the URL generated / presented in the Manage Jenkins page.
