Creating a story to capture value/idea of adding Java Flight Recording capabilities to Support Core. A user could be giving an Action UI where he could provide specific events, an optional duration, controls to stop / start a recordings, and list recordings available for downloads.

And why not have some recording kicking off on certain condition, metrics or events such as high CPU load / high memory / queue size / etc...
