UI using chevron down dropdown button is not working as id and class attributes are removed on owasp upgrade to version159.v25b_c67cd35fb

      UI using chevron down dropdown button is not working on owasp upgrade along with Active choice.

      We are facing lot of issues after upgrading from 1.8 to 159.v25b_c67cd35fb, all dropdowns which are using div id and class for chevron down are getting removed. We had requirement to upgrade this plugin inorder to fix vulnerable versions with other plugins. When this issue can be addressed? any help on this please.

          sirishabonthu there is not enough information in your issue report to allow others to duplicate the issue. Please follow the detailed instructions in "How to report an issue". A bug report to an open source project is a request that someone else give you their time in order to investigate. People are more likely to give their time to investigate issues include enough information so that others can duplicate the issue.

          markewaite  Div id and class attributes are getting removed when using safe Html markup formatter. We tried upgrading jenkins version to 2.387.3 which supports Customizable HTML Formatter Plugin, and defined policy to allow the div id and class attributes. Now the dropdowns are working as before.
