buildhistory overflow calculation produces unnecessary spacing

      When the builds of a job contain several badges the calculation how to arrange the different parts of a build cell is producing unnecessary spacing.

      Frequently the badges (including an optional stop button when the build is running) are unnecessarily wrapped.

      Extreme sample:

       

      The result can be that the badges are wrapped on the row of the name (#11522) or are in a separate row without wrapping (oldest build in screenshot), even though there is enough room to have them unwrapped either on the name or the details.

      Also without badges the name and details are printed on 2 lines although they would fit in a single row

      Additionally the content of the badges is poorly aligned vertically.

      Buggy behaviour can be seen when resizing the window. When it jumps to/from tablet mode the layout gets broken
