not able to save Jenkins for Jira (Official) plugin configuration

      not able to save Jenkins for Jira (Official) plugin configuration, plugin name: Atlassian Jira Software Cloud  in self hosted jenkins server v.2.401.2. when testing connection, the output as follows: Successfully validated site credential. when pressing save, i dont see my Jira info. and in JIra app the connectivity status is pending
