Can't select devices or app at first time opening Wizard

      When we open the wizard for the first time, it's not possible to select devices or applications. Also, the tab for instructions is not showed.

      To see the all tabs and actions possible, we need to close the browser and open again.

      Jenkins version: 2.401.2

      Opentextplugin version: 24.1.0

      Browser: Chrome 124.0.6367.91

      UFT Digital lab: 23.4
