After Jenkins restarts, the pod cannot continue to execute tasks, and the log shows that it has been removed

      When my Jenkins restarts, the pod of the build flow cannot continue to execute tasks. Here is the specific log:

      It prompts here to remove the pods if there is no connection for 5 minutes, but I have set a timeout of 4400 minutes in the plugin configuration:
