we have a unique k8s cluster which has half of its nodes on a certain virtualization infrastructure and the other half on another virtualization infrastructure.

we had a problem on certain nodes which belonged to a specific infrastructure, and we were not able to identify it because the actual node name of the cluster did not appear in the podtemplate information.

my request - please add the actual node name or the possibility to add the node name to the podtemplate data in the jenkins log (when using high verbosity in the podtemplate method).

[JENKINS-73632] add actual node name to podtemplate log details.

I second this. Having worked with the Kubernetes plugin for a while, there should be an easy way to get the actual node name the job ran on via the Jenkins UI.
