When using other authentication plugins, a “from” query parameter is passed to the login URL (e.g. /login?from=%2FwhoAmI%2F), allowing the form submission to redirect back to the exact page the user was previously on, rather than having to go back to the root page. Reverse Proxy Auth should have an option to do that too.
