Role-based Authorization Strategy - Unable to add user/group under assign roles

      We are having issues to updaet any users/groups under Assign/Item roles in Cloudbees CI 2.426.X and i don't see anything is logging in logs when i make changes for it.Below is the version for installed plugin.

      Any help would be really appreciated.
