When the user account is configured to use a time zone that is later than UTC/GMT, some builds from yesterday are displayed under `Today` in the build history widget.
Taken from https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Plugins/job/git-client-plugin/job/master/ at 3pm Jan 17 US Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5):
When looking at a job with hourly builds, it becomes apparent that the date in the build history widget is based on UTC/GMT rather than my time zone. On the other hand, the displayed time is based on my time zone. This results in some weird situation where I would see some "future" builds, e.g. builds at 9:23pm etc today in the above screenshot.
[JENKINS-75163] Yesterday's builds are shown to be today in build history widget
