HTTP 500 error pages should not show "login" link if logged in (like 404)

      When https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/8250 made 404 errors look nice, it added support to show the current user even though that's not the default behavior.

      HTTP 500 errors ("Oops!") do not do that, but should.
