Need to install urltrigger plugin after uninstall completes

      I tried to uninstall the urltrigger plugin after that it is in the state "uninstallation pending".  I am looking to install back the "urltrigger" plugin.

          One way is to restart Jenkins, then install it again. Another might be to use the "Advanced settings" page of the plugin manager and paste the URL https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/urltrigger/1.04/urltrigger.hpi into the URL field. That will upload that plugin to your Jenkins controller.

          Please restate the issue report as a request for an enhancement so that there is a way to "undo" the uninstall.
