Incorrect URL:s in fitnesse report

      The fitness report has links to the fitness test pages. The URL:s for these links are incorrect.

      For example, I get:
      http://http//rd0001068/:8888/SuiteSdp3.StartSdp3Configurator

      where:
      http://rd0001068:8888/SuiteSdp3.StartSdp3Configurator is the correct URL.

      I use the option with an already running fitnesse instance and my target page is a Suite containing two test pages.
