When using JCasC to manage new settings from this PR: https://github.com/jenkinsci/bitbucket-branch-source-plugin/pull/1044 in version 936.3.1, it allows us to use enableHookSignature: true without issue, however hookSignatureCredentialsId is always cleared out.  We can successfully set it from the UI, but not from JCASC.
